Details: We all know the benefits of exercise, but few of us do enough of it. #GAINmomentum is all about challenging yourself to get moving from 1st to 31st May, which is GBS/CIDP awareness month. There’s no pressure to do 30 minutes cardio or to walk 10,000 steps every day, just set your own personal goals and see what you can achieve.
Run, walk, cycle, row, jump, stretch, roll, swim, dance or skip – it’s your call.
